Little and often. Lasting learning.
Grow through consistency.
Powered by the Alivora Microrevision Method
Live, quiet online study rooms where students show up, choose something to work on and study alongside others.
Why Alivora works
Little and often helps learning stick.
Small, frequent study sessions
Research suggests that short regular study sessions are often more effective for long term retention than infrequent cramming.
Gentle accountability through shared focus
Studying alongside others, even silently, makes it easier to begin and easier to stay. This is sometimes known as body-doubling.
Your nightly sleep strengthens new learning
Memory consolidates during rest. Alivora's daily sessions leave room for the sleep that makes learning stick and allows your brain to process what you have learned.
Little and often. Lasting learning.
How Alivora works
Three simple steps. One powerful habit.
Show up
Open your daily focus room. Your peers are already there, ready to focus alongside you.
Choose one small goal
Pick one thing to work on. Not everything, just one small, achievable goal for today's session.
Get started
Begin. That's it. The hardest part is starting. Alivora makes that part easier.
Everything you need to build the habit
Built-in accountability
Showing up is easier when others are in the room. Alivora creates gentle social accountability without pressure.
Distributed practice by design
Research suggests that learning spread over time can support longer term retention.
Stay as long as you need
Stay for five minutes or the full session. Every minute counts. There's no minimum to feel the benefit.
Progress that compounds
Every session builds on the last. Over weeks and months, your revision history becomes a record of real growth.
What students are saying
Micro revision was great, coming from an individual who severely procrastinates. Being told to start with only 5 minutes a day really motivated me to get something done as 5 minutes seems like a short period of time, and often I would go over the 5 minutes and so the micro revision was a great way to get me to start revising.
Micro revision has shown a massive improvement and results can be seen as at the start there was a large lack of understanding towards chemistry, the more in depth I looked into my notes, the better my understanding.
