About Alivora

Alivora provides live online daily revision sessions for secondary school students. By signing up you agree to these terms. At checkout you will be asked to confirm that you are 16 or over, or that you are a parent or legal guardian signing up on behalf of a student under 16 and that you consent to their use of the service.

The service

  • Sessions run on weekday mornings (7:45–8:15) and afternoons (3:45–4:15) during the UK school term (September to June).
  • Students join with an animal name and profile picture. Cameras and microphones are off during sessions.
  • We reserve the right to remove any student from a session for disruptive behaviour, without refund for that session.
  • Session content and scheduling may change. We will give reasonable notice of any significant changes.

Subscriptions and payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. The current price is £6 per month from September 2026.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are given.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.
  • If a payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — for example by sharing login credentials, attempting to disrupt sessions, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

All session materials, content, and branding are owned by Alivora. You may not reproduce, record, or distribute session content without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Alivora is provided in good faith as an educational support tool. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before any claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
